Definitions and Age Categories Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90 cm in height. Note: Free of charge but with specific attraction restrictions. Child: Any individual 90 cm in height or taller, and up to 10 years of age. Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (11 years or older) at all times. Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years. Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. Note : Child pricing applies Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth. OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities. Pricing and Entry Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and International visitors. Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under “Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets†Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at the attraction for entry. Specific Date: Tickets are valid only for the selected at the time of purchase. Valid Ticket: All visitors inside WynSnow must possess a valid ticket. Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00 Mandatory Waiver Form Waiver Required: prior to entering WynSnow, all visitors (or their parent/guardian if under the applicable age) must complete a “Waiver Form†Adult/Teachers/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by: Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves. Parents, Teachers or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age). Safety and Conduct Rules Required Attire : > All visitors must wear fully covered, flat-soled shoes to ensure safety and comfort while exploring WynSnow. All visitors must wear shoe covers that meet WynSnow’s safety and standards. Note: shoe covers are included in the ticket price as a rental and must be returned upon exit. Bringing your own jacket and gloves is highly encouraged. Shoe cover required: All individuals entering WynSnow are required to wear shoe cover that meet WynSnow’s safety standards. Assumption of Risk: Participation in WynSnow activities is at your own risk. Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by WynSnow park attendants. Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises. Failure to comply will result in denied entry. Supervision: WynSnow does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. WynSnow is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Prohibited Items: Outside food and drinks. No outside food or beverages are permitted within WynSnow. Smoking / Vaping : Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited. Prams : Prams are not permitted inside WynSnow Jewelry and sharp objects: Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted. Do not wear or carry loose items like steel belt buckets, key chains, or hard objects in your pockets. Accessibility and Health Considerations Restricted Entry : For safety reasons, entry to WynSnow is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for the following individuals : Infants who are below 1 year old and cannot walk by themselves Individuals with disablities (OKU) with mobility disability / Wheelchair users Pregnant women General safety: Entry to i-City theme park rides and attractions for the above-mentioned restricted individuals is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions of i-City Theme Park. Refund and Exchanges No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete. Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance,ride closures, or inclement weather.
