Passengers must check in at the Semabu Hills Fast Boat counter on Jl. Matahari Terbit, Sanur, at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Present your mobile QR-code voucher and valid identification to the counter staff for verification and boarding instructions.


Semabu Hills Fast Boat operates the sea transportation service between Sanur and Banjar Nyuh Harbour. The vessel is equipped with passenger seating, life jackets, and life rafts. Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the operator, harbour authorities, and boat crew.


Departure time, arrival time, journey duration, boarding point, arrival point, or assigned vessel may change due to weather, sea conditions, harbour instructions, safety considerations, or other operational requirements.

What to Expect

Arrive at the Semabu Hills Fast Boat check-in counter on Jl. Matahari Terbit, Sanur, at least 60 minutes before your selected departure time.

Present your mobile QR-code voucher and valid identification to the counter staff. Passengers using an Indonesian fare may be asked to show valid Indonesian identification, while international passengers should have their passport or other valid identification available.

After verification, the staff will provide boarding instructions and direct passengers to the designated area at Sanur Harbour. Boarding arrangements may be adjusted according to harbour operations.
