Day Pass Terms & Conditions: Please note that the Day Pass includes admission to all three attractions: Monkey Splash Zone, Dino Desert, and Enchanted Forest. The Day Pass must be used on the same day of entry. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused attractions or unutilised portion of the Day Pass. All guests must redeem their wristbands at the Information Counter before entering the attractions. Enchanted Forest Open to all age groups. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Free admission for children below 2 years old. MyKid must be presented to validate free entry. Each ticket includes an NFC-enabled badge required for all interactive activities. The badge must be worn or carried throughout the visit. Guests must tap/scan the badge at designated NFC spots to activate screens and interactive elements. The badge is valid for one-time entry on the date of redemption. Entry may be denied if wristbands or badges are damaged, altered, or illegible. For online purchases, once redeemed, no changes or refunds are allowed Guests must follow crew instructions for safety and correct device operation. Children less than 90cm must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Health Restrictions: Participants with heart conditions, mobility impairments, pregnancy, or other serious medical issues are advised not to participate. Consult a physician before entry if unsure. All guests (or guardians for minors) must fill and sign an Indemnity form before accessing the Monkeys Splash Zone. Height - Adult (more than 130cm) - Children (90cm – 130cm) User Responsibilities Supervision: Guardians must actively supervise children less than 90cm at all times. Compliance: Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety signage. Attire: Wear appropriate swimwear. Prohibited items: jeans, loose jewelry, or sharp accessories. Belongings: Monkeys Splash Zone is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Hazards: Report spills, broken equipment, or unsafe behavior to staff immediately. Prohibitions & Limitations Items: No outside food/drinks, glass containers, alcohol, smoking/vaping, or pets. Behavior: No running, diving, rough play, or climbing on structures. Photography: No photography/videography in restrooms or restricted zones. Removal: Guests violating rules may be ejected without refund.
