Operating Hour: Weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri): 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Weekends, School & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Closed every Tuesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays. Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before opening, especially on weekends and school holidays, to avoid long queues at the entrance. Purchase tickets online in advance to use the dedicated online ticket counter and skip the walk-up queue. Duration: Given the vast amount of attractions across 10 themed zones, a full day is recommended to fully explore the park and its Night Park. Most visitors comfortably spend 6–8 hours covering the Day Park and staying on for the hot springs experience at night. By Car (Recommended): From Kuala Lumpur, take the North-South Expressway (E1) and exit at the Tambun Exit (Exit 140). The journey typically takes about 2 to 3 hours. By Train: Take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to Ipoh Railway Station. From the station, take a taxi or local bus to reach the park. The ETS from KL Sentral takes approximately 2 hours. By Bus: Express buses operate to Ipoh city centre, from where it is approximately a 20-minute taxi ride to the park

Admission Ticket is valid only on the selected date. Mykad ticket is for Malaysia blue card or Mykid only Starting 1st August 2026, Upgrade fees apply over the counter: Mykad to Non-Mykad: RM20 (Adult/Child); Child to Adult: RM25 (Adult only). Please ensure the correct ticket type is selected at the time of purchase to avoid additional charges upon redemption. Eligibility Adult rate applies to guests aged 13 years and above. Child rate applies to guests aged 12 years and below, or Seniors aged 60 years and above. Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height and aged 12 years (based on year of birth) and below. Child rate is not based on 4 years old; it is chargeable based on height (90cm and above). Free admission for children below 90cm in height. All ages are determined based on year of birth. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of identity is required for both Child and Senior tickets (e.g., birth certificate or passport). IC and Passport authentication will be required at the ticketing counter. Ticket confirmation guidelines apply for Adult, Child, and Senior guests. Attraction Access Please ensure proper swimming attire according to the waterpark’s dress code Muslim women are allowed to wear dry-fit round-neck t-shirts and dry-fit / Lycra aerobic tights. No face masks, flippers, or outside flotation devices are allowed in the pools. Additional Information Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa before exiting the park, as your wristband will be removed once you exit the Hot Springs and Spa area, and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park. The management of Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to request additional information or documentation for verification purposes. Important Notes Re-entry is NOT allowed after leaving the venue. All visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit. The cashier reserves the right to reject redemption if the information provided does not match or is unclear. If the name on the ticket is different from the name on the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund. The management of Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to refuse entry if guests do not comply with the terms and conditions.
