Ticket Eligibility The ticket is valid only on the visit date selected at the time of purchase. Entry on a different date is strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Child tickets must be purchased together with at least one adult ticket. Children are not permitted to enter the park without an accompanying adult at all times. Guests must present a valid ID card, Passport, or KITAS upon arrival at the park entrance. Failure to present valid identification may result in entry being refused. This attraction is suitable for most travellers. It is not recommended for guests with back problems or conditions that may be aggravated by walking on uneven terrain. The park is wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. Guests with accessibility requirements are welcome and may explore the park with ease throughout their visit. Attraction Access Admission grants access to all standard reptile exhibits and public zones within Bali Reptile Park on the selected visit date during operating hours. A minimum of 2 complimentary zoo guide sessions are included with admission, providing guests with guided introductions to selected reptile species and exhibits. While zoo guide services are provided, the supervision and safety of children remain the full responsibility of parents or accompanying adults throughout the entire visit. Re-entry is strictly not permitted after leaving the park. Guests who exit the venue during their visit will not be allowed to re-enter on the same ticket. Park management reserves the right to restrict access to any exhibit or zone at any time for animal welfare, safety, or maintenance reasons without prior notice. Additional Information Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside Bali Reptile Park. Guests are advised to purchase refreshments at the on-site outlets available within the park. Guests are reminded not to tap on enclosure glass, feed animals outside designated zones, or engage in any behaviour that may disturb or stress the reptiles on display. Personal photography for non-commercial use is welcome throughout the park. Flash photography near reptiles and animals is strongly discouraged at all exhibit areas. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe footwear suitable for walking across the park's pathways and exhibit areas throughout the visit. The park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the visit. Guests are advised to secure all valuables before entering the park. Important Notes All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except in cases of park closure due to extraordinary circumstances.
