     Loved using this service as a solo female traveller, my airport asisstant was warm, friendly and so helpful. The lounge was comfortable and quiet for getting business conference call done and work sorted while waiting for flight. Food options were substantial. Would definitely use this airport lounge service again.

     We departed Denpasar on 24 August and were met by Dewi, who was very professional and such a delight. The support to get through the airport was fantastic and Dewi went above and beyond to support us. We were not aware we had purchased that part of the service and it was an absolute treat. We arrived early and she was able to have us checked in an hour early. We were taken to the lounge where we remained until our flight, and the whole experience from the point we arrived at the airport to departure was a gold star experience, and once again Dewi is professional and such a delight.
